Hi All,
So 2014 is going to be a big year for me I know it! And one of the big things that I want to do is get my butt skinny! Well not just my butt, but my whole damn body! Having a pool at my apartment definitely helps with my motivation, also those cute guys wandering around who I will hopefully be seeing at the pool. So with that being said I have recently stumbled upon an awesome, quick and easy butt workout on Pinterest, and I am addicted. You can find it here: http://backonpointe.tumblr.com/post/24907237515.
It is very simple, which I like, because I am one to shy away from long complicated workouts because I am so ADD if a workout is too lengthy, I am all like "Okay, I'm bored, Let's go eat cake!"
There are just 6 simple moves!
1. Weight Toe Touches (Standing
2. Back Leg Lifts
3. Side Leg Lifts
4. Vertical Leg Lift (on all fours)
5. Knee bend (on all fours)
6. Hip Raises
Seriously you wouldn't think this would have as much as affect as it does but I have been doing it every day for like a week and definitely can see some difference in my butt and upper thighs. And my buns feel it when I am done for sure!
